Day three - Mount Ainos
If you want to go to Mount Ainos, I would recommend you reserve a whole day for that. It's quite difficult to get there without a car. But if you have rented a car, driving there is no problem if you're not afraid of hights. The road is good all the way up to the antennas which you can see from almost everywhere in Kefalonia. But if you want to make most of your hike, start from the gate to the natural park. It's a long hike, but the forests on the mountain slopes are beautiful and it's very enjoyable.
